Garry Thomas becomes Court Assistant to The Worshipful Company of Constructors

Thomas Studio is proud to announce that Architect Garry Thomas has been elevated to Court Assistant to The Worshipful Company of Constructors.

The installation event took place at Wax Chandlers Hall in the City of London in December 2017. Garry was welcomed to the Court by Master Anthony Ward, fellow Wardens and members of The Court.

The Constructors are a City Livery Company that dates back to it’s foundation in 1976 and they hold charitable aims in construction to this day. Current initiatives include promoting apprenticeships in all matters of the construction industry, together with providing scholarships for research and development subjects.

The Worshipful Company of Constructors support Hereford Cathedral, and make annual financial donations to the maintenance of masonry as part of the Cathedrals perpetual fund – which continues to restore the fabric of this fine building.

Master Tony Ward issued the following statement at the start of his year as Master: ‘following as I am in the footsteps of some of the giants of our fantastic construction industry’
